FinConnect connects clients with accounting and tax experts. Users must provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, and maintain the security of their own accounts.
We may suspend or restrict access where platform misuse, fraud, abuse, or policy violations are detected.
Clients are responsible for reviewing expert profiles, service details, and pricing before confirming a booking or payment.
Experts are responsible for delivering services professionally, keeping availability accurate, and following the payout and verification processes configured on the platform.
Users must not upload unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content or attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
FinConnect may remove content or limit access where content or behavior creates risk for users or the service.
FinConnect provides the marketplace and operational tooling but does not replace professional judgment, regulated advice requirements, or independent due diligence by clients and experts.
Additional policies, refund terms, and service-specific conditions may apply where clearly stated in the booking or support flow.
